Dr. Swartz joined Madison Behavioral and Diagnostic Treatment Services at 1643 Slaughter Road, Madison, AL. He has been at this location since September 2016. All patients must complete the new patient paperwork which can be downloaded from the New Patient page on this site.

Dr. Swartz offers psychiatric care and therapy to adults, adolescents, and children in need.  He sees patients in the office only.

Dr. Swartz sees patients of all ages from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Note that due to the ages of many of his patients, afternoon appointments are more popular and you may experience a longer delay in scheduling.
